David S. Vassalli is a Trial Attorney who focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful deaths, premises liability, childhood sexual abuse, and governmental entity litigation.
David is local to the Palm Springs area and grew up in Palm Desert, attending George Washington Charter Elementary School, Palm Desert Middle School, and Palm Desert High School. He knows, understands, and cares for the local community. David has been recognized by Palm Springs Life as a Top Lawyer in the community in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
He attended California State University Northridge for his undergraduate studies and graduated in the top two percent of his Political Science Department and won multiple national awards for written and spoken advocacy. David received his Law Degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was a member of Pepperdine’s Law Review, was on the Dean’s List multiple times for academic excellence, and graduated in the top third of his class.
David is currently a member of the Warren Slaughter/Richard Roemer Inns of Court, Desert Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society, and American Bar Association.
David opened Bighorn Legal Group to cater to the local community and provide the hands-on and personalized approach to law that we deserve in the Coachella Valley.
